SPOILERS! Scarlet & Violet Leaks Thread - Data/Mechanics

I wouldn't be surprised if it's literally your list :tymp:
Nah, I don't think so.
It seems like public tools have been posted for extracting Game Freak's new resource pack format, and I know Centro is familiar with message decryption from the LA leak season.
And their list lacks the item IDs anyway, mine has them.

So what uses will Cyclizar have? A Shed Tail bot or could he see good use in lower tiers offensively?
Code:
Cyclizar - 70/95/65/85/65/121 (Total: 501) - Dragon/Normal - Shed Skin/Shed Skin/Regenerator
Learned Moves:
    Tackle @ Lv. 1
    Growl @ Lv. 1
    Rapid Spin @ Lv. 7
    Taunt @ Lv. 11
    Breaking Swipe @ Lv. 14
    Quick Attack @ Lv. 18
    Bite @ Lv. 23
    U-turn @ Lv. 27
    Shed Tail @ Lv. 31
    Dragon Claw @ Lv. 36
    Shift Gear @ Lv. 40
    Dragon Pulse @ Lv. 45
    Double-Edge @ Lv. 51
    Dragon Rush @ Lv. 57
Egg Moves:
Iron Tail, Knock Off, Aqua Tail, Power Whip
TM Moves:
Body Slam, Take Down, Hyper Beam, Thunderbolt, Agility, Rest, Substitute, Thief, Protect, Mud-Slap, Outrage, Endure, Sleep Talk, Rain Dance, Sunny Day, Crunch, Facade, Taunt, Hyper Voice, Overheat, Aerial Ace, Dragon Claw, Mud Shot, U-turn, Dragon Pulse, Giga Impact, Thunder Fang, Fire Fang, Draco Meteor, Iron Head, Acrobatics, Dragon Tail, Wild Charge, Tera Blast, Ice Spinner, Trailblaze

It will more than likely be a utility based mon. It gets Knock, r-spin, taunt, U-turn and shed tail so it'll probably be a mix of those 5 moves. If it's allowed in lower tiers it could also be a setup sweeper given the presence of shift gear in its movepool. Any of the choice item is possible, it has a pseudo physical boltbeam and some nice special moves too. It has the potential to be a very versatile lower tiers mon

Shit now I'm worried, is ability patch actually in or not?

I know boots are rumored to be in but no one has found them yet

The Ability Patch was available at the Battle Tower in BDSP, so I think maybe its more likely to be in than out.

Its normal counterpart the Ability Capsule can apparently be bought with Pokedollars from a store, along with Nature Mints, Bottle Caps, and other formerly Battle Tower only items. The store lineups seems to unlock more items as players progress through the game, so maybe not enough people have reached the necessary part of the game to unlock everything.

It would be very gamefreak to keep the Hidden Ability item for DLC, since giving out things that don't usually have their HA is their big way of doing events for a bit

This is also possible. Alternatively, maybe it will be a drop from special Tera Raid Events. Possibly a Paldea Starter Tera Raid event so that players can "upgrade" their own starter instead of having to breed a new one. They seem to be more conscious about that now.

I legitimately think Shed Tail + Regenerator is all this thing needs to be OU viable. Maybe not top of OU viable, but Youtuber smashing kids in 1700+ viable. Aka Emvee viable.

Though it's passing 80+ HP subs per tail so really that's pretty good. Switch out to a tank or some choice Band / Specs mon and you're good to go.

So what you're saying is that it'll have some usage in OU but not enough to stay the tier so it'll join the infinite UUBL club

Fellas I refuse to believe Last Respects increases 50BP per fainted ally. It has to be 50%, not 50.
You refuse to believe that they would balance something entirely around BSS/VGC with zero consideration for 6v6?
Can't remember the last time that happened.

Edit: They really could have balanced it by making it based on the percentage of teammates fainted though.
