For what it is worth, I was in the same boat as you and actively had to ask maf chat about terminology and stuff during big maf, so just supporting your train of thought here.

I disagree with that being scummy, it’s just a thing one would say regardless of alignment? Can you elaborate on the fake townread (I prob missed it)?

well when i had questions about stuff i had to ask the threat because i was town and didnt have a maf chat which i dont see oj doing

I’m glad I didn’t miss a page or something. Also they could say it as town to literally just say “hey I don’t know what to read Psy as”. I’m not reading them as town, I just don’t think it’s really indicative.

the specific thing im addressing here though is his choice to phrase it as "because i dont know his alignment" hes also referencing that last game we played together where he was maf and had tmi knowledge that i was town, but by phrasing it in the specific way he did, hes forcing a claim that he does not have that tmi knowledge therefore is struggling to read me

I do get what you’re saying but it feels more like a “this is a meta read, I could read Psy last time well but I can’t now because I’m town”

Psypsypsypsypsythe so on consensus your readslist currently has... six scumleans and 0 townleans? ?? are you able to make a perspective on how you read these people in more clarity or analyze it from a perspective because i sincerely doubt you're gonna be able to not have a congested poe for when you get around to formulating reads for other people

as a side note i don’t get the townreads on aura rn cos they’re not a new player afaik (have played mafia on this forum earlier than me) and instinctively said the most useful players to the thread are… lady salamence and master oden

i need you to be really clear, can you please retract your posts or add a /halfjoke or some shit if you’re not serious cos regardless of ur alignment ur posting like these thoughts have add sprung into your mind and it will be much more coherent for overall thread health if you did your best to walk through things by giving them more amounts of thought (or written explanation)
 
making yourself intentionally unreadable by throwing flimsy reads and sprinkling comments like “oh if im town you should townread me” isn’t gonna get us closer, if we’re both the same alignment interaction and talking things out will (or give you more profound logic to generate a read rather than overlooking into this troll rvs)
