the important thing to know there with regard to hal is that he was doing a lot of villagery things, but with the knowledge that Aura and Laurel were maf, he was actually Extremely partnered with them on paper. But at that point he had garnered enough trust that people (myself included) were willing to look past that and misclear him - which lost us the game.

psy in particular had a lot of paranoia around that slot (he also had some pretty ridiculous/erratic reads at various points that made people want to policy him in the first place) but idt om's play in general is comparable to hal's in any way that matters here.

Thanks that's useful. It def seems as though Psy has made several black and white statements so far which is either just to generate content, or because of privileged info. But "target the top poster shortly after D1 starts" is tired and boring so I won't do that lol

1. IDK I don't play mafia much any more, and I think my mentality is so diff between town and wolf that I enjoy very different parts of the game depending on faction. Overall it's just a cool social experiment kinda thing though, I like it for the same reasons I like Survivor lol

2. I much prefer wolf tbh. The interesting part about town is piecing together the puzzle, but it v much depends on my mood how much I actually want to go back and piece together that puzzle myself or whether I try to balance others' attempts at piecing together the puzzle. The latter can be more fun beause it has the Anyone Could Be Lying To You element of things.

3. Lowk my best skill in mafia is just generating town cred and doing that successfully as wolf is much more entertaining than as town. In life in general I make up for my pervasive mediocrity with sociability so :boi:

4. easy life although their most recent album mostly sucked and no one rlly listens to it. Nice anti-pop stuff which Spotify tells me every year is my top genre despite me still be skeptical it is a real thing.

5. No she would flop.

1: im not sure yet, This is my second game in a decade so I’m trying to figure that part out

2: less pressure, for sure. ive Yet to roll mafia but i imagine I’d feel pressure to up My game to help my team whereas town I’m one small cog in the machine and I’m never trying to lead

3: oh this was a quesrion of its own. See 2

4: my two bands I listen to are Oh Wonder and Florence And The Machine! Fun tunes, good lyrics (except Girl With One Eye, wtf Florence), soft singing fo4 the most part

5: oh absolutely not she would get one psy vote on her and fully collapse
