Writing this as I catch up, so things I say at the top might be contradicted later in the post. Newer posts may change my mind.

Taken wholistically, they do not make any sense. Individually, each one would make sense, but that is bereft of the context. And yes, dealing with psy 3 games in a row now has left me tired of everything about that. I want to care about this game, and the fear of having to deal with wall after wall of his posts takes away from that.

Why would we gladiate btw I also don’t think gladiate should be used early on, or at least before eod
 
I also do wanna say this behavior from Tommy isn’t like… supposed to be something that I feel to townread. The behavior and positioning comes from a more detached perspective of the game rather than being interested in solving it, which is more likely to come from scum, which is just also why my vote hasn’t changed. It’s just not a full blown case where I feel omega locked about it despite the work just because my gut about his posts coincide with his actual content and initiative to solve, and I left in the rest to 1 share my potential grievances and 2 idk as a way for people to engage with the post (or I guess for Tommy to talk me out of voting him lol)
 
I wanna say something else but debated on not posting it as I’m still waiting for a couple people to react and a few others to continue doing so

Didn’t wanna interact with this post cos you ended up townreading me but in fairness to elaborate I mean it’s not that you aren’t good at faking reads, I think you can. I’m trying to state that you

1. have a disparity, to me, with how you are using your thread time especially given the state of d1 as so far largely being non cohesive. Part of issue with the way you found them live and on your entrance. Like I said I think you haven’t been commenting on a lot of game trajectories.
2. There yeah is again a world where you’re struggling to make reads, but I also just posted two town games where you got your gut reactions heavily off of games that didn’t have much meta familiarity. Maybe how the games opened were different, but people still had readable content

So as for
1. Is there not much to talk about or are you comfortable with the thread state(prior to my post)?
and 2. What’s the issue with your ability to find people in this game specifically?

like if you’re having issues with 2 you are gonna have issues with 1, which is either explained by slanking by or well, you can say low efforting ykwim

he walks away his entrance with a hedged read and a sort of scumread on knightsofcydonia with the use of his vote. he is hyperfixating on his conversation with knights and asking questions on the side whereas the other two games have him hip fire reads rapidly. now surely smogon is too elite and we cannot all just be easy reads, but these are games where tommy afaik doesnt have a meta with a lot of people.

this game too, theres not really any progression or talking through his reads. I get earlier in the game he mentioned having an issue reading people but like, even in any of his latest entrances you cant gleam all that much, and hes not gleaming much back

FWIW if Tommy primarily had meta with Panic / Knights in that game then this flies more in the face of his not interacting that much with his homies here right? I think that is more relevant than getting fixated on a one-on-one while posts are happening around him bc I think that is a natural thing that happens to people sometimes, and in particular Psy has a knack for making people focus just on him if he wants to (which he did).

I think the way he approached knights was less on meta the engagement there into a read was supposed to look towards a clear way to justify a vote
 
Tbh like in isolation the part that sends me is that Tommy’s posting has been better than realitis last couple pages which I am kinda laughing at

Like I think that’s the closest thing I’ve ever felt to a “oh this is TvS” and I’ve rarely used that before ROFL

Is it just my partiality to counter-hegemony that makes me tr this post because realiti is contending with what is considered a blunt truth in mafia? I like the vibes of it a lot TBH and I remember this being realiti's playstyle in the past.

Like obviously omgussing someone is NAI in the first place most of the time and is fakable as either alignment but I think realiti standing his ground vs Tommy is decent here.

I'd still like realiti to have wider read scope but hey.
