All depens if LandoT overthrone Great Tusk. After this bans the tier can seatle down and start again the GT dominance. Still has the same tools on Knock, hazzard control and superb typing. LandoT is Lando so still gonna be good but lack of fog hurts a lot.
I think Great Tusk usage gonna be lower until people remember we didn't get any form of hazzard control and teams like HSamurott and Ghold gonna be more prominent than before.
Supreme Overlord is still busted af after all. Defiant was good on CP meta bc people use Pauros form to check and them you have 2 Intimidate user to abuse Defiant.
SD Tera Flying Kingambit gonna be busted specially if ZamaH get also qd/suspect

There's some ancient defensive spreads that I have long forgotten, so yeah defensive mence has a proven track record in older gens. The problem is, outside of outspeeding Urshifu what does it offer that utility Dragonite doesn't already do?

I’m curious how much the bans and current metagame will influence Zama-H; not being able to tell which form it is from team preview was only a minor annoyance when they often have similar counterplay anyway, but it was an annoyance nonetheless. Pao being gone doesn’t really affect it too much though considering it outsped Pao and preys on the same type of teams Pao preyed on anyways.

We should see zama using offensive sets more than ironpress soon

Glowking stocks going up is bad news since Glowking is a fat fat fatty who eats fighting moves easily and future sight is scary for Zama H. Also the lack of Pao means fat teams in general can breathe more which means less HO. HO is Zamas best mu so that’s going to be a thorn in its side. I think it will still be good, but not obscene like Crowned was.

He still has 138 so i dont think ZamaH is going to slow down any bit. Both Band and ID + Sub are amazing set. CB + Glowking Future Sight is amazing and he can replace his big bro on Screen with the ID BP set. ZamaH isnt starving anytime soon.

I think Bax gonna cover CP spots. Banded Glive still has 0 swithcing while convine with Ice Crash + EQ. Banded Shard can help checking faster threat like Pult so ZamaH + Bax + Glowking look annoying af to deal with

Been having a lot of fun with the meme trailblaze set.

in this example:

- Tusk KO on skeledirge
- Rillaboom forces out tusk, KOs lando.
- Rillaboom forced the use of gholdengo to revenge
- Urshifu sets up on -1 scarfed gholdengo, gets +2 attack to KO the glowking
- Can only be 2HKOd by what’s left, so got the speed boost on the zamazenta
- Game is ended, urshifu pulling down 5.

I really think this meme has legs.

if this is a meme, urshifu is the Chad and sneasler is the virgin. If Sneasler needs to hit 2 Pokémon’s in a row with gunk shot.. that’s only a 64% sweep lol. Dire claw is worse because it doesn’t actually KO, so it’s a 22% chance to pseudoflinch

I stole some high ladder player's Sneaseler Grassy Terrain team and this mon is like Hawlucha on crack. It doesn't even need to run a poison move, you can just run CC, Acro, Fire Punch and you hit most mons for neutral + have the raw power to muscle past most things. Fire Punch OHKOes some Ghold at +2, Acro and CC destroy the rest.
 
What are everyone's thoughts on sun offense at the moment? I think Walking Wake is really scary in this meta, and Hisuigant might be decent with Chlorophyll + Sleep Powder. This is just speculation though, I haven't played sun since the home launch. How's it doing in the meta rn?
 
I think it's pretty good. Torkoal lead can do some good damage with overheat or yawn after stealth rock set up so H-Typhlosion or H-Lilligant can switch in can get to work
Not to mention banded H-Arcanine flare blitz in sun is nasty
With Pao banned i'll be running Wake in his place
