we don't actually know that he did, we can just guess that he did because why does scum kill JALMONT, otherwise?

i'm slightly skeptical about it because JALMONT subbed into a redirection-based role in Assist Trophy (Nintendogs) and he mainly targeted townier players with it IIRC, he didn't use it to scumhunt. So he either had a bad read, or was just shot.

I suppose it could be solved if someone claims they were redirected, JALMONT's abil has specific flavour in his role PM so if someone was redirected by him they would know for sure that that was the case. If no one claims it then we can probably assume it was scum after all
