We finally have a good physical electric move
It looked kinda cool in BW, with the lowkey goofiness being covered by being a menace in the meta. 3D kinda ruined it, yeah
I doubt they gave it Flower Veil so nope, still trash.
So it's a weaker electric hi jump kick?
