the clear division in this game really bothers me because it's obviously not that simple. it's really weird and idk what to make of it. what's weird is that the cel trio really is pushing the narrative of this division (AF is just in there by association, she wouldn't ever comment on something like that seriously anyways so no way to remove her) which I think is relatively scummy because it's so early in the game to lock in on whatever you're feeling.
end of day 1 prior to my claim looked like this
celever/AF/flanders/alice vs. me/clouds/bluedoom/m2h (sort of)/dusk (sort of)/genisu/shane (sort of)/joey vaguely
then day 2 its like
cel/af/flanders vs. clouds/bluedoom/shane/me (but not really)/dusk with the emphasis really being on cel vs shane. I guess one of cel and AF is town since I don't think they buddy each other that hard attacking shane but maybe AF is defending cel by attacking shane? that seems to upfront for AF to go for as teammates with celever.
fwiw i thought saber townspewed post deadline but i dont deserve any credit for that now

AF voting me day 1
m2h and dusk voting me forcing me to claim on day 1 - i think m2h makes a little more sense than dusk, you can say dusk has been anti claim this whole game so it's bizarre he wanted to force me to claim instead of believing in his town read (maybe he didn't truly say i'm town? can't remember). in general behavior that detracts with the narrative a player is setting up i find suspicious. so when thomas says "CLAIMING IS BAD DONT DO IT" and m2h says "JALMONT IS TOWN AND WE WILL CLEAR HIM TOMORROW" and then vote me with the intention of forcing a claim, I get a bad feeling.
the BPV thing kind of stinks.
Laurel why did you not give the BPV to HH? first, i don't see any reason why laurel would pick CLOUDS. ok clouds is the mafia champ. whatever, clouds could also be mafia and then we just wasted a bpv. and then fundamentally it just doesn't make any sense to me why you would claim being given a BPV. if i'm a super great power role, I'm sitting on that knowledge. sure, I defend laurel in the thread, but unless push comes to shove (and even then...) there's no reason to reveal that information right this moment ESPECIALLY knowing that laurel has already tried to make a relatively cheap mech clear play. it's just a weird moment to me. hopefully mechanical genius M2h can explain this to me. not sure i would believe they are both mafia but perhaps one? in the midst of writing this, I do see a line of play clouds may have thought of so I'll have to get back to this.

1 of clouds/laurel b ut clouds > laurel rn
alice maybe i guess but i thought alice was a lot better to close out the day.
joey maybe? but i liked joey's posts a lot more than say alice or flandrs or saber
could throw in 1 of dusk/m2h for the lols but the 1 would be dusk. i don't really think m2h is mafia.
