Haven't been doing too badly. Are we talking all tiers, OU, or UU? Cause if it's UU, that's retarded. In UU, just ban Drought because it's broken as fuck, remove Kyurem. Hail goes back to being shit like it always has and now everyone won't be running Vulpix on every team. If it's OU...well, I haven't been playing OU a lot. I think I hit my peak in OU at around mid-30s (I always seem to stop around there) with a Rain team I made, so I can kind of understand the clamoring for a ban, even though Sandstorm and Hail don't really do shit, and Drought in OU is kind of bad.

Oh well it's worth a shot. See if I can make it look good.

Anyway, the key point for you is just: don't overdo it. Use easy to understand words and simple to-the-point sentences. That alone should bring you to top level quality in C&C. If you really want a more "descriptive" word, just be sure to double-check with a dictionary.
