Well, since the Latios is only distributable on Smogon only, so your thread on another site isn't going to get you that Latios, I'm sorry.

By "garbage" I meant IVs that aren't flawless. Most people on Smogon concern themselves with competitive IV spreads, but neither of the shinies have competitive spreads.
So to save the time of any readers, I just said the IVs were garbage instead of listing the IVs (which I don't know anyway).
They're legit shinies, they were probably RNG'd to be shinies and shinies alone, not competitive shinies. Sorry for the confusion.
