How about Competitive Roserade? You are constantly able to get max spikes and/or t-spikes, and when competitive actually is activated, that special attack stat will hurt.
As for buffing Zygarde, why not give it regenerator (which makes sense considering the design)?

Theorymon idea:
Dragon Dance Swampert
Good bulk and decent attack would allow it to be a decent DD user, though it would need support from mons like Gothitelle to get rid of mons like Venusaur or Ferrothorn first. Wishcash gets dragon dance, so it doesn't seem that far out to give Swampert it. Could also potentially pull of a set like Gyarados' DD/Rest-talk set.
I think Refrigerate Weavile can become an even more threatening Revenge Killer, because boosted Fake out or Quick Attack hit really hard. Plus, Return would be far more powerfull than Ice Punch, and none of its actual abilities are usefull. Besides, the combo of Fake out+Quick attack can RK a large array of things. May be too powerfull though.

Wish uxie: it has such a diverse movepool for support, like u-turn, screens, twave, very good bulk with great speed overall.Wish uxie would be able to use wish on the first turn, then u-turn to an ally, it could use it for itself, or it could run a screens set with light screen,reflect, u-turn, and wish,i think it makes sense flavor-wise and would be a very good buff to uxie.

Unaware Blissey
Just like Clefable and Quagsire, it looks so happy all the time. JUST LOOK AT IT. The uses go on for miles.
I had this idea of Unaware Cobalion for quite a while but struggled to find a reason to support it other than for MTar, then I realised it counters both Defiant users, BD Azumarill, Mega Pinsir, DDNite, and ironically(no pun intended) Clefable, among other stuff, so it seems pretty sweet.
Sticking to the theme of, "YES that pokemon I had a good idea for has finally dropped into C!"
Roserade with Acid Spray would be epic, and help Roserade with one of its past problems, a lack of set up.
Compound Eyes Starmie would be neat too with 100% accurate hydro pump, thunder and blizzard.
Took me quite a while to realise Entei dropped to C+, so I shall suggest Turboblaze as ability for it. With that, it is capable of OHKO-ing VenuTran with Sacred Fire, which basically means it is capable of demolishing a typical stall team when Quagsire is gone, and it seems like a solid niche. Not sure how much more viable it gets though.
Okay another Zygarde suggestion because this one has so much flavor and would make Zygarde more viable while also distinguishing it from other dragons: Tinted Lens Zygarde this allows Zygarde to actually hit its checks and counters for meaningful damage making Zygarde much more threatening when it outrages. Hey, just out of curiosity, how exactly did you get Theorymons approved? I had an idea that's rather similar to it, but I know if I post it, it'll get removed.
Thx DialgaTheTimeLord for bringing to my attention that Zygarde has dropped to C+. This means that my 1st ever theorymon ideas are viable now :D
Dragon Rush Zygarde and Shed Skin Zygarde. Shed skin would be epic for setting up coils and dragon dances, and fits flavor wise because he is a snake.
An idea for Zygarde: Access to Recover, Stealth Rock, and Iron Head, plus two defensive abilities. The first is Regenerator. The second is Filter. Ice and Fairy would fear Iron Head on a sweeper set, and Dragons would fear Zygarde's Dragon moves. Filter would also help Zygarde survive threats to a defensive role. Recover gives it better recovery, and Stealth Rock gives it an entry hazard.
Got a good one: Protean Zoroark. Zoroark is already versatile and easily mutated, like the definition of Protean depicts. Zoroark will get STAB from every attack of its plethora of coverage moves, and will not be outclassed by other special attackers in the tier. It's a more powerful, but quite as fast, Greninja.
Sacred Fire Darmanitian seems good. With Sheer Force boosting it and no recoil increases Darmanitian's longevity, at the same time if you want the burn chance you can use Zen Mode.

Bug/Steel Vespiquen.
Vespiquen is bulky, with 70/102/102 defenses. Vespiquen has acsess to reliable recovery. Pressure is a decent defensive ability. So where did it went wrong? .
How about Dragon/Fire Salamence? This gives it STAB Fire Blast, removes its Fairy and Ice weaknesses, lets it resist the Bug/Electric Volt-Turn combo, and generally differentiates Mence from the other dragons. Makes sense flavourwise too, since it's a dragon and all.
I know people are sick of Fairy retypes, and this may have already been suggested, but how about Normal / Fairy Blissey? With the extra Fairy typing, she can easily set herself apart from Chansey, as she now has Dark and Bug resistances, as well as the lovely Dragon immunity, and removing a Fighting weakness is excellent for her. -
