Other then not being able to sweet snect is there any other affects Sandstorm does to the RNG? I really wanna get a cacturne :3 And a Dugtrio :3

Uhhh atleast you can encounter yours no matter where i save/step Togepi doesnt appear :( If i can find a spot where Togepi is ill get it with ease, but i cant even find one!

Hahaha yeah the same thing happened to me before too..... I had six pokemon in my party and for some reason i couldnt hit my delay for the life of me, so i go to the PC deposit the Poke i caught (i didnt wanna leave the area cuz i had to catch the poke twice) and ten mins late ri hit it with 5 pokes O_o
Who knows it might be the spot too, PokeRadar is just plain dumb XD

Ahhh ok XD Everytime you hit your delay and you PokeRadar did Beldum show up? If so your lucky, Togepi has a 12.5 chance to appear O_o
Is it harder hitting higher delays? Ive actually never tried, ive only EVER used 604 XD
