Yeah, I never really got to reading it until now. However, when I read The Hobbit, it turned out to be as good as the people who recommended it to me said it was.
Yeah, I battled you but you 2-0'd me with you freaking mixed agility Thudurus with superpower that OHKO'd my Tyranitar and let you win the game. Oh, and I finished The Hobbit 2 days ago.

If I have any say over it, the cycle will continue. Updating the tiers quickly after a major upheaval is a bad idea, since it'll take AT LEAST a month (probably more like three) for things to really settle down after a change this drastic.
In the meantime, the suspect councils will have their work cut out for them banning truly broken things (Black/White Kyurem?).
I know lol that's why I had the troll smiley. It's going away soon though D:

King's doing great, actually. The reason he wasn't in this episode is because I'm still trying to find a way to fight outside the water, prose-wise. He's actually one of my stronger members right now, but since I'm a bit ahead of the prose in the actual game, you won't hear about it for a bit. Sorry :/
Yes shell smash has 100 BP. Growl would have 150 BP in triple battle if it's in mid. What about that if there's 10-20% change of something happening will increase BP 1.1 (multiplied) and 30-50% would increase it by 1.3 and 100% would increase (if positive) by 1.5 and if negative it would be multiplied with 0.75.
So scald would be calculated like this: 80*1.5*1.3(if it can burn target)*weakness/resistance )So scald would have 156 BP if against pokémon who takes neutral damage from water type moves. After it burns the target (same ) then it has only 120 BP.
