Yeah, except with this, we all get out own spreads. It's no mix and matching where everyone has the same thing, each persons game has it's own and different spreads that appear at completely different times.
Frames still advance like HGSS, I believe. NPCs, and things like that, so it's not entirely time based. But your seed is completely made of time no more delays.
