Dream World abilities are locked away until one collects enough points to unlock it.
In the link I gave you, it tells what the abilities do.
One can have all three abilities. If you have other issues, don't forget to ask the SQSA thread in CAP.

Right now the key members are me. And we are one of the few groups on smogon who try and STOP arguments instead of start them. We also have a science divison, for breeding, trading, and pokesaving pokemon. We are about to have a battling area so members can get together and battle, and be ranked in the group leaderboard. Oh we are alsp strictly anti-troll and spamming is only allowed in spam areas
