And now that I am actually looking at your profile, I can now see that you think we have differing battle styles. I personally don't generate my pokemon, so I like to get my teams right the first time so that I don't have to keep getting new pokemon. Not that having a few extra pokemon just incase they come in handy is a bad thing.
I am going into WIFI.
I don't have as good of a big picture view as you do, but I would say use tailwind if you plan on pairing Zapdos with slower pokes, but beware of trick room. It should be common on doubles.
So should I use Tailwind or Hidden Power Ice on Zapdos and should I use Flame Charge or Hidden Power Rock (or Ice) on Heatran? And ready to battle btw?

See that's why we are different. You think a team trhu, I just play with a team and then change it a little here and there when thinks don't work out.
Torment Heatran is rumored to be good, but I think that's mostly in regards to singles. Abomasnow's sole purpose is to stop other, more threatening weather, so he doesn't really need a good "partner." I threw Heatran in because I needed someone with the resistances to give my team full resistance, but as you can see, Water is a bit of a problem, which may force me to resort to Ninetales over Heatran (allowing me to stop Hail Teams as well).
Hidden Power Ice could also work for getting rid of dragons.
