    We are always looking for more people to fill in the sets, as you say! Our current analysis process is progressing well; currently UU is having their analyses uploaded. As soon as RU begins tiering, they will begin writing analyses as well.

    If you are looking to make a set for Meowstic, go right ahead, as long as you can prove that it's usable and viable in a metagame.

    So you're in favour of leaving them blank until they're done after analysis at some point? It's been a good few months since the games came out. It's easy as pie to paste a proven sample set into a blank mon I imagine. Unless updating pokemon is extremely difficult somehow? I can't imagine any other valid excuse.

    So how would I get a set onto the Meowstic page? (Or any of the blank pokemon for that matter)

    http://www.smogon.com/forums/forums/sm-analyses.388/ Each of these subforums hold the analyses for the pokemon within their tier. Keep in mind that not ONLY pokemon within a tier can have analyses in that tier (for example, metagross is not uber but it could have a set there), but for a majority of pokemon they are only going to be "viable" (i.e. have sets) for the tier they wind up in (RU, NU, PU, etc..)

    We'd love to put "proven sets" up on the site asap. But not every Pokemon has a proven set (for example, no matter what we do, Kakuna is not going to be usable in OU or any tier to be honest). If you've got experience using a pokemon in a specific tier (which at the moment would be OU and UU), then feel free to post an analysis in the subforum for that metagame. As RU and NU come online, more pokemon will have their analyses subforums opened.
