Yes, I abuse only on carts but I use the NDS Adaptor plus to abuse a pokemon multiple time (it create save states for retail carts)

I've succeeded on timid celebi with 31/30/31/30/31/30 hp-fire(70) on 6th try from my son's HG cart.
I see it's time, which reminds me I'll need to go to gamestop this week. Since natures are not fixed, I expect this to take me longer compared to when doing the shiny dogs.
Try redownloading the DLLs, and running it again. It works fine for me; what version of Windows are you using?

re-send me the celebi details as I vaguely recall them, will definitely be tougher than doing the shiny dogs since natures are not fixed this time.
