Don't worry about it, I got it already.
Elm didn't advance the frame when I was going for Ho-oh and I was wondering why.
I didn't remember to show Pokerus to the Pokecenter lady, or show Elm the Togepi.
I fixed it now :) Elm now will advance frames for me :D!

Like you could still negotiate with people but you can just give me like 2 of each pokemon you trade so I can trade on your behalf. Only if you're interested though :)
