Fuck, you are going to need an odd number Party and talk walk 128 steps.
As Dialga is going to advance by -1, so you'll need another -1/3/5.
lmk when you hit your seed.
Now set your DS clock 1 minute before.your target and attempt.to hit your seed pressing yes to start the game from the AR when the first timer ends. Make.your way to the continue.screen and press A when the last timer ends. verify your seed with coin flips. Magikarp is heads, pokeball is tails.

the reason you're doing this.is because you have to walk exactly 128 steps with an odd number of.pokemon in your party to advance the frame.by an odd number, making it even which allows you to reach it by journal flips. make sure you're in the same spot you started from when you make your last step.
110-1-5 = 104/2 = 52 journal flips
the 5 comes from.having 5 pokemon in the party
Yes. You need a Synch, and then any number that would make your party and odd number.
As if you have an odd frame you'll need to walk 128 steps in order make the frame odd. Because the Journal only advances by frames of 2.
So frame 110 = 128 steps * 1, 3, or 5 Pokemon in your party.
If 1 Pokemon: 110 - 2 = 108/2 = 54
So in this case it won't matter, but it does if you have an odd numbered frame.
