hey bitter saw you're a master at RNG so may i ask you a question?
I'm trying to rng a modest moltres with my modest spread. I've got my national dex now and my question is, since the legendary trio's IVs are generated before releasing them, when and where do I have to hit my delay and flipping the journal?
