Dunno about doing RNG in Emerald.
I dunno if I want to learn Emerald RNG... kinda more complicated than 4th Gen I guess, with all those different variations like Split, Alternate spreads, H2 method, H1, H4, etc...

Well I'm not better yet if we talk about 3rd Gen RNGs :p
