    The main points would have been that Krilo has a lot of the tools to be a utility "check", but that lack or recovery keeps it from counting a lot of the things it potentially could counter, and that the typing is so good offensively that to get it to play more defensively is basically counterproductive. The third question in Krilo's concept, regarding specific counters vs what we now call "blanket checks" has been definitely answered in SM, and blanket checks are king.

    The priority poll was not meant to decide exactly how much would be changed in each update, but rather to define the general scope of each update. Either way, Krilowatt has some clear concept-related issues and other movepool-related things that need to be addressed, so I figured it would be important enough to choose for round two.

    For the Navi discussion, I'm confused. Do you still have to make moveset submissions? Or can you just talk about specific moves now?

    You can still make moveset submissions if you'd like, but now that submission hype has petered out, I want to focus the discussion more on some of the commonly suggested moves. If the moveset submissions continued indefinitely, I don't think we'd be able to come to much of a conclusion.
