I have a JAPANESE lvl 100 shiny Mew from Hoenn with a calm nature (IVs are nothing special), which I could clone for you, if you are interested. The thing is, that I received it in a trade and am not 100% sure that it's legit.
PS: I received it before the games got "hacked" though. Back in December, when Pokébank was first opened.

just for the record it's using a program called Mass Dumper (with the "Truck" setting) to extract the .pkx files (Pokémon data files), and then using PKHex to view the .pkx file. But you need your Key and Blank from KeySAV to use them :).

I don't really want the Noibat, but there's a few errors.
