then syberia's ditto would be best since its flawless and japanese so easier breeding shinies if thats what you are aiming for. I thought u wanted jolly, so I thought I'd mention my HP Ice ditto first.
If you still need a Jolly Dittoin 4th gen, I have a HP Ice 31/30/30/31/31/31 if that is good enough.

Hey, sorry for being stalkish, but I saw you VM to Stephen and just had to reply.
It depends - are you using a synchronizer, or not? If you're using a synchronizer, then on RNG Reporter paste your seed, pick Method K, and choose your sync nature. If you're not, pick method K but don't pick a sync. Then generate and pick a target frame that has your target IVs/shinyness (Btw, on PokeRNG it lists the lowest frame number, not necessarily your only option. For example, if it says "2" for Method K synch, that means frame 2 is the lowest frame with the IVs/shinyness. Sometimes IVs/shinyness repeat on multiple frames.)
