Hey, just caught my Seedot at first try ^^ Got myself a frame 10 spread (31/31/30/19/30/31) and got the right delay at first try. :) Don't think those Def and Sp.Def points really matter that much on a Shiftry.

I'm no psyc expert, but I know how it feels to get those random bouts of depression. The one thing to remember is not to let it overwhelm you; whatever feeling of depression you have is senseless because you have much more happiness to look forward to.
