I think perhaps we could have a mutual tournament but regardless of who is the best. The Special forces consist of the best of the best, and when it comes time to defend, it will either be all of them that go out or we will alternate between members. By the way, oyu made it to the special forces.

If you mean like, you used Leech Seed twice in a row and the enemy died, and then you ended up using Leech Seed again on the next Poke, then yes. It doesn't have to be on the same Pokemon. Hell, it can be in three/five different matches.

you're not on the right server in that case. make sure the server is "irc.synirc.net". also, don't go to #smogon, check out #dreamworld instead. #smogon is more of the social channel, whereas #dreamworld is the place where the pokemon players hang

you can either download mirc or use mibbit to access irc. mibbit is basically a website that runs it, so you don't need to download anything. if you follow the first link it should teach you everything you need to know better than i can XD
