If you want to check your frame, then just clone it and hatch it and check the ivs.
I hope this helps:
1. RNG for a correct nature and ability egg. Save.
2. Find a spread and save with the journal insured to pop up on the correct date.
3. Calibrate your frame, and resave if the odd/even is not correct.
4. Hit seed with journal flips.
5. Collect egg.
6. Save
7. Verify egg IVs by hatching. If IVs are off, repeat from step 1.
8. Trade Kisk egg!

you can clone the egg and check to see if you hit your delay.
