Well, I really don't know if you're able to distribute, unlike last time where you were unable (or almost unable) to distribute the Cresselia to the other winners...but if you do want to distribute, then you'd have to be truly reliable to other winners. If not, there's always the other path of posting EV's, moveset, and a description to earn the Heatran.
I see a lot of potential parents I could use in the future, but not right now, sorry. I'm busy trying to figure out capture RNG. Also, let me know when you get more stuff and maybe we can work out something for sure =)
