  • I think I like Mild best. Since the water, grass, electric, and fire resists are really useful. Being a little weaker to bullet punch isn't fun, but I guess it depends on what you want.

I made a team just like that before, with Dragonite and Azumarril on the same team. Priority to kill the fast teams, then use a SD pokemon or some sort of wallbreaker to cover the slow ones.

Emolga is really bad. For in-game though it would probably work. In competitive the baton pass set is largely outclassed, and as a sweeper it is also largely outclassed.

In-game Substitute really isn't very good. Otherwise you can pick any of those other moves. Mixing and matching could be fun. Try to sweep with it once it becomes overleveled.
Most people have seen about six Timer0s, so I'd keep doing it until you find around that many.
Should only take one successful attempt to figure out your frame, just don't count on it being the same as what the program says.
Sounds about right, just be careful with finding the advances for Juniper since as far as I know the starting frame wasn't accurately calculated even in BW1.
As far as I know, the process is exactly the same aside from the increased Timer0 trolling, so you shouldn't have much to worry about.
Jolteon was pretty good in DPP and BW1. As for BW2 it might be able to work on a rain team or something. It isn't weak to Stealth Rock like Thunderus is. It is also immediatly faster.

Try Sub or LO Jolteon. Baton passing subs are cool. I feel like if you use Spec'd Jolteon, you aren't playing to your strengths as much this gen. Pursuit, Scarf Rotom-w competition, and other pokemon trouble it.

Although at the same time fast specs could be kind of cool.

Aw, your friend wants a Lucario? :) Do you want the one I have?
It doesn't remind me of a queen at all though, and its a blue/pink crown. Coming from its body like horns. I can understand Amoongus though. :p

I hope you do very well in your class. Meloetta, Virizion, and Hydreigon seem the most potent. The mixed Roost one with Superpower is really good. Maybe not in the current metagame, but really good in general when the metagame settles a bit.
I kind of like bitchy antagonists too. Only sometimes because im a guy, and I think being bitchy is lulzy. Makes me lose respect real quick. :)

Jellicent doesn't remind me of a princess or a queen, and I don't think Amoonguss is very fairy like. To each their own though! Try all of them except Hydreigon and Chandelure I guess. So you can get a chance to try new pokemon. I think we tried Chandelure and Hydreigon before.

Even if you like plenty of UU viable OU pokemon, you have to understand that OU's are very essential in the competitive and teambuilding process. Let me put it bluntly, Frosslass sucks. Hail or not. Hail itself is pretty shoddy. Of course good hail teams have been made, but in a general sense it just isn't as good for the most part. :P

Ice types.. make me shiver. Just because they have so many weaknesses, barely any resistences, and the resistences that they actually do have can be done better by other pokemon. Abomasnow, Weavile, and Mamoswine are actually pretty good though. I just wouldn't use all 3 on the same team. They can do some things that no other pokemon can do. :p
Oh, you're welcome! And, I'm not sure when the last time I touched 4th gen. RNG abuse... it was definitely a while ago.
Go with the one that has the lowest PID frame, unless the IV frame will be difficult to get to. Keep both those factors in mind.
It is definitely viable, but kind of struggles right now. However if you want to use her i supppose you do it in an offensive Hail team. Either use a SubDisable set with Blizzard and Tbolt, to force many switches so that residual damage build up, along with your own decently powerful hits, or use him with a Spikes set. But definitely use him in a hail team, otherwise it pretty much sucks.
Expand your searches. Search a whole year instead of a day or month. Increase PID frame range. Increase IV frame range.
toxic spikes support and something to kill jelli/gastro is all you need
The Japanese version was doable within a couple of days of its release. IIRC it took a little longer for DSi/3DS, but that may have just been because it was region-locked and most of the researchers don't have Japanese consoles.
