I'm not really sure about this, but spread #3 is probably the best one, but Salac Berry is a really bad idea. Without Substitute, there's no way to ensure that you'll be activating it, and there's a really high chance of screwing it up. I'd just go with the Life Orb there.

Spread #1 seems completely outclassed by Suicune and possibly Vaporeon, and so does spread #2. Spread #3 at least lets Milotic hit hard and abuse a fast Recover, which the other two don't have.

I personally would never use Hypnosis in OU because it's just too inaccurate, but if you're fine with the accuracy, it's good for incapacitating threats that you have no answer to, and not very many Water types can learn Hypnosis.

Take what I said with a grain of salt though, because I really haven't used Milotic in OU before. Basically just make sure you're not using it in a way that gets it outclassed by Vaporeon or Suicune.

Ah that one. You're welcome to have semi-distribution rights to it at least but it might take me up to a day to palpark it as I believe it comes either UT or EV'd at least. Did you ever receive the bold ditto with zero speed?
