Trading's unfortunately stopped altogether for me. Funny enough, my college has 3 different internet connections, but the only one my 3DS can connect to is our crappy WEP one. :(
If you're interested in my stuff, I try to circulate it around on different sites that support .pkm trading. Some users have my stuff here from that (and from good old fashion trades as well) so a search for "Roarke" through the wifi section will give you a few trade threads with my stuff. Try trading with them!

Torment Tran is good in gen 4. I never used it in gen 5. Probably still works.

Speed is the most important stat in the game in general. Outrunning top tier threats which would win against you otherwise is more important than bulk which adds up to less than 1%.
Most Skarmory, which is really important. It also helps outrun some faster versions of Tyranitar and Jellicant.
