I'm going to RNG the Ho-oh in my Soul Silver soon and I want to catch it in a Repeat Ball, so if I had a Ho-oh registered in my Pokedex it would make the catching process a lot easier. If you don't have one, that's fine, I can easily ask in the SQSR thread!

Slower doesn't always mean bad. My best decks are control decks. Try dropping Compulsory, and a Starlight Road for some combination of Smashing and Prison.
