Choice Scarf Manaphy is a good idea in what will be the OU Environment but we're supposed to treat every analysis atm as if nothing was banned, so pretty much Ubers. In an Uber environment, CS manaphy is too weak to deal any real damage. Once Tiers are settled, I'm sure CS Manaphy will get some attention in OU but till then its too weak to deserve a set. Ill add it into Other Options though. Thanks for Input

Basically each round a specific stat is chosen, and for that round the only pokemon allowed are those that are not Uber and have that stat as their highest. So for the most part, each pokemon allowed will specialize in the chosen stat.
