lol i wish i hadnt caught mine and i caught them when i was a noob to and they have sucky natures and IV's so i trahsed them when i learned to RNG XD

Well, I started like the guide suggests in gettin a random natured shiny egg with random IVs. It's fairly easy and good at just showing you that the whole process reeeally does work! After that I started catching legendaries, which is honestly pretty easy too. After that I jumped to eggs which, in my opinion is pretty hard because of you having to "calilbrate to find your actual frame" and all that Jazz. Once you've done it a few times you get the hang of it, but it's definitely harder than catching "stationary legendaries". After that I did "roaming legendaries" which I thought would be harder than it actually is. The only thing that makes them any harder than "stationary legendaries" is the fact that you can't save till you've chased them down (which usually only takes 2-5 mins anyway). I haven't tried any wild captures yet, cuz the only reason to do it is to get them in a specific ball that you want and I'm not really interested in that. :P

Ummm no im talking about the YEAR for the Delay in the SEED TO TIME FUNCTION
Enter a Year into where it says YEAR and keep RAISING IT untill it says 2020 the DS can ONLY go to 2000-2009 XD

No dont click shiny only because this isnt a Shiny Spread, and the Max things just leave those alone you dont need to mess with them and 2620 is impossible the DS only goes to 2099 XD

Yes put it all on the Main Part and then the year i dont know what delay you want to use so pick a delay thats in your range so 598-644 i would reccomend 620 and then just choose a year that says 620

Type in your Seed into the Main part of the RNG Reporter and then click Seed to Tiem adn the find a Year with your Delay and then right all that info down, and then Right Click on the Frames on the Main part of the RNG Reporter and then Click Encountter Slots and then look for Pokemon League Fishing Encounter Slots and then use a frame that has Gyarados's Fishing Encounter Slot and it has to ssay landed a Pokemon ok?

Ok well go ahead and start then :)

and write down the year your gunna use make sure the delay you use is in your range though
and then write down the time remember if the time was 15:42 you would use 15:41 because you need one minute to get into the game
and then keep trying untill you get your coin flips, and then when you do say your frame was 300 you would flip the journal 148 times because fishing pokemon have a monster frame of 4
300-4=296/2= 148
And make sure you use a frame that has gyaraods's encoutner slot and make sure the super rod encoutner slot says "landed a pokemon" because if it doesnt a pokemon wont appear

Ok put the Synch in the first slot and grab 4 other pokes and save in the water right infront of the Pokemon League and make sure you have enugh pokeballs and make sure you have atleast one journal page that says you have caught or defeated a poke two would be alot better

Have you used the new smogon damage calculator? It's pretty handy for battling people.

And then Fill your party with 4 other pokemon because you dont need sweet scent since your fishing

OK so you have gotten 598-644...
Id say thats good, and normal :) I use 604 EVERYTIME :D So just pick something between or one of them and use it :) The seconds i really dont know if it actually does matter but i would like to say it doesnt, so just put in 14 seconds on the RNG Reporter and remember to mash A as fast as you can when RNG Abusing :)

That and fire blast and hp grass has great coverage.

Yeah it usually is 14-16 but i really dont see the difference because when you change it nothing changes so :/ But still you should be getting 14-16 i know i did the other day, remember to do this as quickly as possible
