Ok well first you need to select a Spread and since none of your Shiny Spreads are good for Gyarados id suggest either of these

Nature: Jolly

Or

Now this one is basically flawless in everything gyarados needs but this ones frame id Much Higher, this one you will need to do about 1000 Journal Flips while the other one you will only need about 120 so pick which one
And for Gyarados you should catch it at the Pokemon League :D
It suits it more then Fuego Ironworks and theres no NPC's there either :P
Fucik nevermind about your Shiyn Jolly Spread it only comes in Method 1 and Catching Pokemon is Method J :(

If nothing shows up ill search for alittle lower but after that if nothing shows up your not gunna have any "good" Shiyn Spreads

Ok well you cant just find a shiny spread off the RNG Reporter for Shieies you have to know your SID/ID Combo and even then you might not have any good Adamant Shiny Spreads, if you tell me your SID/ID i can find your Shiny Spreads for you in about 5 minutes using PokeRNG
