I have an Ice gym in B.A.L.D. I need to tend to as well as being the wifi alt for the Fighting gym in BABA Gym

Plus my wacky life schedule could prevent activity sometimes, and when I get a job, lesser time still.

Just as a heads up.

The only thing I can think of is that a new group rising could disrupt the order of things. Could you at least out TRC in the description similar to the other groups?

Well all I can say is the TRC inter group festival will be a success but I could very much love to have your help an contributions.

I forgot, it was a more of an side thought. Maybe because of your postion and place in TRC. Sometime Bismarck was not always listened to and had to argue with people. That's all I can remember.

Well I think for that we just need to be more militant and serious. TRC is a bit to lax.

Also the Bismarck thing was a compliment.

Well I can assure you our little spring offensive is over. No more attacks on baba or groups of that sort. I have a lot of experience, really trc always gets better and stronger after a controversy.

I am a bit saddened that you feel a bit unwanted. I can speak on behalf of all the execs and grunts that you are very much appreciated. I earlier tonight was just thinking you remind me of Bismarck.

Our ideas aren't that different. I really have to ask you to take some trust and have it in TRC.

To further specify, just because its in TRC does not make it a TRC only event. Anyone is welcomed.

We will be making a strong effort in recruiting. I don't think at all that we will have people just rush in. However with some skilled advertisement we will certainly attract many people, which aren't TRC oriented.

This group we are talking about will most likely be one we create solely for this event. Like Dark Pulse said, this will not do any good.

Another thing is that the other group won't host it. You honestly think baba will host something like this and then invite GP and I? No. But we are, and you know what? I will invite any baba member, from don to BA! Hell I would even invite Ultra. If they don't want to join, that's their problem that they miss the fun. To me that sends a good message that we are inviting and aren't these holed up militants.

This type of thing would be best for our rep, it will actually show people life in TRC. I want to specify that I don't want this to be a TRC exclusive event. I know off the top of my head we can easily get a 10+ group sponsor. We will make sure to make a strong, successful effort to get word out.

The thing is the members we are trying to reach are not in TRC, and I want them too. A major component of our disapproval is just prejudice work people have, people who have never been a TRC member before. I am not worried about the 5 people who won't join on their own accord, I want this to be a fun and productive for the 15+ people who will take part in it. We will get current, not very active, and new members all involved. I hope this is a success in which even a little group can do it. TRC has the most resources of any group and it would be a vain waste to outsource it to some group that will die after this is done.

I kind of addressed that in the thread...somewhere. The vast majority of these people will participate, anything in another group would be a wasted effort. Only about 5 people will boycott it, most people aren't crazy or radical baba members. Hell, most people still sympathize with TRC.

Cosmic, we need it in TRC. We can make this work. Organization will be fine if managed correctly.
