It's protein, carbos, ect. It's available on all pokemon games and they give 10 effort points if that stat has less than 100 effort points in it. You can get them at the department store for 9800 pokedollars or at the battle shops for one battle point each. It makes ev training so much quickerI know about power item and pokerus but what's vitamin?
