    Its basically the EXACT same thing as DPPt
    EXCEPT there are split spreads BUT there are a few GOOD Spreads I know that arent split (ill send them to you sometime when I find them)
    Other then that just gotta
    1) As soon as you enter game press X (to pause the game since there is one NPC
    2) advance to your frame (I would reccomend advancing to ONE frame behind your tarhet due to the npc
    3) when done advancing MASH A to collect the egg
    4) go catch a pokemon and verify if you hit your delay
    5) if you did hatch and verify :)

    well.... I was wondering whate date and time you used for getting it? and what radio button? I have tried SOO many times.... but the radio is inconsistent.... I've tried at LEAST 50 times.... and was ALWAYS just a little bit off....

    yeah its not possible, see the NPCs move when I leave the house just enough that I miss my y frame by 1 or 2 or even 3 sometimes so if I aim for 64 I get 66, if I try and go for 63 I get 63 but if I aim for 62 i get 65 so its not possible but congrats on yours :)
