    Those all have really high frames but there on average HG/SS delays (490-590)

    If you want to search for them on a higher delay and that will lower the frame then here use what I used to search them with

    He's the guy whose house you go to at the very beginning of the game and you see Professor Oak at his house. Also, he won't give you the Orb until you defeat Red and get the Kanto starter from Professor Oak.

    Heres 3, those are the lowest frames for ability 0 seeds I could find and that is the lowest frame for ability 1 seed I could find
    These are both seeds with a 490-590 delay

    Yup it should, according to Aroma EVERYTHING Respawns I havent gotten to that part of the game yet though so im only going on other peoples words :)
