I know, it's the Kingdra lead set, it doesn't really work as well as the lead on-site Icy Wind Gengar that he made, that's probably why it got rejected...

My best tiers are Little Cup and Uber, but I also play OU a lot (though not that good). Most OU Pokemon are versatile so its a bit easier to make movesets. My first C&C thing was a moveset (Icy Wind Lead Gengar), which is also my favourite contribution that I have done for C&C. -
