I personally would probably run a scarfer because I dont trust his speed, although CM sweeper could work wonders too I am sure. He definitely is a scary addition.

It's not a constant thing it's just a description of something, other sources may name it something else (kind of like some books name Citric Acid Cycle Kreb's Cycle and vice versa)

How to Submit an Article

1. Send a PM to Jimbo which gives a brief description of the topic. It is encouraged that you also submit a summary or rough draft. You will not get approval if your PM is sent less than two weeks before the release date.
2. Feel free to write at your own pace, but articles must be completed at least one week before the release date (the release date is always the second Saturday of the month).
3. Upon completion, articles should be submitted to either Seven Deadly Sins Jimbo. If it is a CAP-project related article, you should submit the article to tennisace. At that point it will be moved to a private section of the forum for minor editing and revision. If it meets our standards, it will be published in the next Smogon magazine!

According to this, the release date should be January 9, but I think it got pushed back because The Smog # 13 was released VERY late.

I was thinking that same thing about Jolteon. Considering it can learn things like pin missile, it would make sense it could have spikes.

And yeah... Jolteon is so hard to pass up... yet Raikou has more kick to him. But it really depends on if you want more speed or power. Although Jolteon also has access to baton pass and stuff. Either way, I guess Raikou is the better option, unless you find yourself having a hard time out speeding stuff.

Thats a good point on electivire being the only pure physical attacker. Other than him, physical electric attackers are limited to Luxray and Shibirudon... And Shibirudon is better being mixed, like you have on yours.

It REALLY is a shame though that none of them learn any entry hazards or has access to rapid spin. Its a big handicap in choices.
