Well, if you host your own mini tournament or competitions etc, wouldn't you get to decide rules on there? =P I'm hoping the "official" ones though would not allow such things.. =/ It's not how the game was intended to be played..
lol yeah there's a thin line between everything on here I suppose.. the deeper you look into things on Smogon. =/ People are so obsessed with having the best of the best and working their way around "cheating" they tend to forget what cheating actually means. lol Even RNG abusing ROMs I don't quite agree with! They haven't even bought the games! And definitely that Celebi shouldn't off been allowed... o.0
Hehe yeah that's true. Cloning is kind of cheating as well I suppose.. though trading online etc like this would be very difficult without the possibility of cloning. lol It does ruin the intentional way of Pokémon trading though! At least it's not altering or creating new Pokémon.. =]
That's just not right. >< I wouldn't either... WiFi all the way and I suppose just put in the sig " not playing with glitchers" or something in the signature like everyone else! lol Or you and me can just play repeatedly! =P PBR is a lot of fun, I wouldn't use glitches on there either though, it's kind of like..WiFi on here to me!
Imo.. it's cheating. It's creating a Pokémon you wouldn't otherwise have or possibly be able to even get normally... IV-breeding and Shiny RNGing.. fine. You're creating Pokémon you could actually breed without the use of any other devices, you're basically just speeding up the process! =P But abusing glitches in game that aren't.. supposed to be there in the first place. lol That's cheating imo. I'm not going to play against anyone who's used glitches to alter Pokémons moves.. nor am I going to use glitched Pokémon. ;)

I don't like the idea of locking my Pokémon down to one move, no matter how powerful that one move gets! I prefer to stay in with my Pokémon instead of switching out that often and that requires a wide range of coverage..
