Well, did you check if you might got Rash, random, Serious, random, Lonely, random, Lax somewhere? And how many options do you have for Rash? (Select Rash in the upper right corner and hit Generate again)
Turning advances the PID with 2, so if you first did 0 advancements, and the second time 1 turn, then you advanced with 2, and not with 1
So, you did 0 advancements, then 2, and then 3.
Hm, I don't really know how I can find your starting frame, guess I'll need the parameters too. But did you check the IV's of all the mons you captured? And, did you do 0 chatters for the first, 1 for the second, 2 for the third and 3 for the last? Could be that you got 54-56-58-60, you can look at that too maybe

yeah, it's just like rng'ing a stationary poke, just you need another seed to rng your id which you get from stationary frame 1
