Well see if you have any software included with your webcam, I dont know much about recording with a webcam, so cant help. One thing you could try is do the upload directly to YT, download the video from your channel, then put it in WMM and do the stuff. Just an idea. At least it will make it not slow and a bit more watchable.
I wont be uploading until tomorrow, as I already uploaded something today. Like 3 PM central time.
Just work on it. You do need to speed the vids up. Just use WMM, take out all audio, then narrate with WMM.
