Sort of. It might just inherit the SpAtt IV because that isn't really needed for what your breeding.
Yes when you look at the inheritance and you see it says Fe that mean that IV will be inherited by your Mother. In breeding only 3 stats will be taken from your seed and the rest are taken from your parents.
Well you need to know the IVs of that female to see if you can use and Flawless IVs from it.
What are your Mothers IVs?
A seed typically takes about 10 minutes to find with 3 keypresses set.
Set your Min and Max frames 60-90.

Well Timer0 is funky. It's an easy and simple method for BW Breeding, but it can become inconsistent with the fact that Timer0 is a troll and can't be stopped.

That can also tend to be the case with BW. Like last night I did a breed in 10 minutes maybe less. But I've had some cases that Timer0 trolled me so bad for an entire night and morning xD
Okay, yeah breeding can be really easy once you know how stuff actually happens ;)
The Genies are a whole other story. Catching Shiny Pokemon isn't much different from catching anything else. Have you made sure your in the right tab and selected the right method?
Otherwise now if you're up to it, get right into breeding. Tell me when you start breeding as I need to tell you all the different mechanics for it. ;)
