Espeon and Umbreon are common, if you are going to make RU tier team, bring something against Cresselia and Umbreon
Yeah I have seen Chanseys but it isn't near the "most common Pokemon" try RU, It is the best and the funniest tier in my opinion,
actually I haven't seen many Chanseys, and I have played 5th gen UU about 50matches. but yeah Chanseys are annoynig that's why my other UU team is more cool to use because there aren't Chansey and Cresselia and stuff like that

If I hadn't misplayed so badly and it didn't display my pokés' names, I'd say go for it. But this is an experimental team that is still under testing and like to keep them as secret as I can.
