np, there used to be a tutoring program for that, but they ended it. This should thread should be very helpful: http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=59702 outside of this, the Rating Basics subforum has teams every 3 weeks, and the way it works is that you have to give them "practice" rates, and the experienced team raters give you feedback on how to improve. There were two Smog articles as well which should help. Besides that, just play the game a lot and you should be able to rate teams quite well.. gl! -
