Well as for gym ref that might take a while; they're looking for a lot of experience. Unfortunately I won't be able to ref your hall today, but expect it tomorrow.
Somewhat, gyms are held to a rather higher standard than regular matches, so you have to know what your doing calculations wise, but must also be able to demonstrate competency with formatting and flavour. You probably won't be accepted to be a gym ref until you've reffed several matches at a high quality.

You: 2 UC
Me: 1 CC
Jellicent: 1 EC, 3 MC (Via Exp. Share), 1 DC, and one KOC.
DFrog: 1 EC, 3 MC (Via Exp. Share), and 1 DC.
If a Pokemon is fully evolved and has maxed out both their EC and DC, they get 3 MC, but that's not the case here.

In this battle, there are only 2 subs, so if you go over that limit, you'll have to get rid of them.
Just a head sup, subbing for a "special Electrical attack" is illegal. You can sub for "damaging Electric type attack," but you are not allowed to specify physical, special, or status.

When I have a battle slot, open, sure! You can't fight yourself, though.
