    Hey AromaFlora. I received your Shiny Arcanine a couple of months back. Did you do it on a Japanese version of the game? When I checked pokesav it says JPN though its name its english. Im guessing you traded it over then evolved it in an english game. Its still counted as an International Parent when I use it to make my own shiny arcanine right? Thanks for your time.
